I primarily work with Veterans, military families, and those in the helping professions—like nurses, teachers, and first responders. Many of my clients are high-achievers managing ADHD, chronic stress, or the long-term effects of childhood trauma. They are often the people everyone else relies on, and they need a place where they don't have to have it all together.
My goal is for you to leave our sessions feeling seen and understood. Whether we are managing burnout or processing past events, we will work collaboratively to help you feel more like yourself again.
